Elixir of youth and exclusive cheese in Pavilion No. 48 of VDNH
Delicious
cheeses with unusual ingredients and meat delicacies from ecologically clean
regions, unique bone broth that even celebrities are crazy about. This week the
geography of participants of the food fair is as wide as never before: from
Adygea to Sevastopol.
From
December 12 to 17, farmers from Kalmykia, Adygea, Yakutia, Crimea and
Sevastopol, the Krasnodar region, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Rostov and Moscow
regions are presenting their products in Pavilion No. 48 of the International
RUSSIA EXPO. The variety of choice is impressive: all kinds of meat, various
cheeses, dairy products, preserves and jams, craft chocolate and much more. And
almost everything can be tasted.
For
example, at the stand of Kalmykia they treat you to bone broth. This is one of
the hits of the Terra Aries farm. It is bought up by pop stars and TV stars,
because it is a real elixir of youth: due to its high collagen content it helps
to smooth wrinkles, and drinking such broth has a good effect on ligaments and
joints.
"Our
farm is located in an ecologically clean area. There are no industrial
production facilities nearby. And the animals are on free grazing all year
round. What's more, there are a lot of fragrant, healing herbs and shrubs
growing on the pastures: steppe ginseng, wormwood, thyme. This is a natural way
of raising animals, which does not use artificial feed, growth hormones,
antibiotics and steroids. We produce the very meat we feed to our
children", - says Dorji Bulhukov, director of Terra Aries.
And of
course, you cannot leave the fair without tasting the most delicate Adygean
cheese. If you want unusual flavors, you should try Sevastopol's hit - cheese
in grape leaves. Due to the fact that they are soaked in sea water, the cheese
gets a pleasant salty flavor.
Gourmets will surely appreciate goat cheese with Italian truffle from the cheese factory Tikhaya Polyana from the eco-settlement in Kuban. This is an exclusive product, because the cost of black truffle is very high, and domestic cheesemakers rarely use it in production.
It should be reminded that for six months about 400 farmers from 89 regions of Russia will come to the Fair. On December 14, on the Day of Region, guests of the Pavilion No. 48 will be welcomed by Adygea with a national dance program and musical accompaniment.
