Fitness with "Knowledge" will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO
On June 20, Fitness with Knowledge will be held at the
International RUSSIA EXPO. This time, one of the world's most talented gymnasts
and heroines of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, Dina and Arina Averina, will lead
the exercise.
During the training under the guidance of outstanding
sportswomen, the guests of the Exposition will be able to master the basic
elements of rhythmic gymnastics, improve their physical fitness and get
valuable advice from real professionals. The event will start at 12:00 and will
take place at the "Sports Russia" site, near Pavilion No. 75.
Before the exercise with the guests of the Exposition, the
sportswomen will visit the studio of the Knowledge.TV channel, where they will
answer the questions of the presenters and share with the audience the secrets
of their sporting success and healthy lifestyle. You can watch the interview
