Fish Week continues at the RUSSIA EXPO. In honor of International Children's Day, the House of Russian Cuisine will host the Pollock Children's Gastronomic Festival "Oh!Mega Taste." Guests will enjoy delicious and healthy dishes made from pollock: salads, cutlets, and pies.

Young chefs from the "Gastronomic Map of Russia," residents of the "Tavrida" Art Cluster, and participants of the 2024 World Youth Festival will conduct workshops and tastings of dishes made from Far Eastern pollock and surimi products, such as crab sticks. On this day, the creators of the best regional gastronomic projects in Russia will demonstrate that Russian pollock — hypoallergenic, tasty, and healthy — deserves to be included in the diets of children in kindergartens and schools. The festive day's program also includes performances by chefs with their children, themed workshops on gingerbread painting, and coloring activities for kids.

The event is organized with the support of the Russian Fishery Company, the Tourist Information Center of the Primorye region, and the federal project "Gastronomic Map of Russia." The co-host of the program is Svetlana Pugacheva, a nutritionist from the House of Russian Cuisine.
