Chukotka Governor Vladislav Kuznetsov invited the country’s residents to the RUSSIA EXPO
Vladislav Kuznetsov, Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Area, invited the country’s residents to see the region exposition at the International RUSSIA EXPO.
Chukotka’s stand is prepares a lot of interesting things for visitors. For example, after putting on virtual reality glasses, you can find yourself at the point of the 180th meridian, which divides the Earth into Eastern and Western hemispheres. A rich cultural and business program is also planned.
"On November 11, on Chukotka Day at the RUSSIA EXPO, we have prepared the performances by the Ergyron and Atasikun ensembles. You will be able to visit a traditional Chukchi wedding and learn how to organize a tour to the very edge of the Earth", — Vladislav Kuznetsov said.
The governor will take part in the presentation of the region on the Chukotka Day. Participants will be told about the main achievements of the region in recent years. Chukotka has achieved particular success in the sphere of health care, social and transportation infrastructure, as well as in the implementation of national projects.
The first island branch of the National Centre RUSSIA will open on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island, a unique territory on the border between Russia and China.
On Monday, 7 September, the National Centre RUSSIA will have a scheduled maintenance day.
On 6 September, the National Centre RUSSIA in Yugra hosted the first fairy-tale culture festival, "SkazkaFest. Journey Through the Fairy Tales of the Peoples of Russia".
