The traditional exercise session at the "Sports Russia" area was led by Valeria Chertok, founder of the Moscow GTO Multisport Federation, creator of the reality show project "The Most Athletic Girl in Russia," and GTO ambassador, along with Maria Pytina, a boxing and kickboxing master of sports, Russian champion, and international tournament winner.

Valeria Chertok was the first to take the stage. She conducted a dynamic warm-up involving both adults and children.

"I strive to be an example, first and foremost, for my daughter, my family, and the people around me. This way, little by little, we achieve healthy children, a healthy nation, a healthy Russia: everything comes together like a puzzle. Moreover, we exchange energy, and that gives me strength and motivation to love life, be happy, and spread that happiness to others," Valeria Chertok said.

The exercise session with the champion continued with simple kickboxing exercises demonstrated by Maria Pytina.

"In my classes, I try to explain boxing elements in the simplest way possible so that they are understandable to people of any age. For example, once a 74-year-old woman joined my class, and she did very well in boxing, even if just as an amateur. This proves that anyone can master basic exercises if the instructor can explain them clearly, and then use these exercises in life. Boxing is not only an aggressive sport, as many think. It also develops coordination and provides a good workout," Maria Pytina explained.

At the end of the event, guests could take commemorative photos with the athletes and get autographs.

The "Sports Russia" is the main sports area of the Exposition. At Pavilion B "Prirodograd", regular exercise sessions with champions are held for all who wish to participate. Additionally, every day, sports and entertainment events, and play areas are available for visitors of all ages and fitness levels. The "Sports Russia" calendar also includes numerous festivals and celebrations dedicated to various sports, sports tournaments with national flavor, lectures, masterclasses, and other events.
