Governor of the Ryazan region Pavel Malkov shares the region’s development and future plans with the National Centre RUSSIA
A large-scale plan for developing transport infrastructure has been implemented in the Ryazan region. In the long run, it will form a single, modern transport framework for Ryazan. This was stated by governor Pavel Malkov in an interview with the National Centre RUSSIA.
During the conversation, the head of the region highlighted its key development directions, the results of the outgoing year, and plans for the future. Pavel Malkov pointed out several significant achievements. These include large-scale infrastructure projects, such as the construction of a new bridge and the Southern Bypass of Ryazan, the formation of a unified city transport framework, and the creation of a major pedestrian route. He also spoke about record-breaking indicators in agriculture. According to the governor, the region has been demonstrating steady growth and has serious potential for further development.
Pavel Malkov touched upon the topic of the Ryazan region's tourist appeal. He spoke about the region's iconic places — the Ryazan Kremlin, the village of Konstantinovo, estate complexes, the cherished Meshchera area, and major cultural festivals. He specifically addressed the project of the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Ryazan, which is being built from scratch, and will become part of the restored Ryazan VDNH (Ryazan Exposition of Economic Achievements).
The thematic week of the Ryazan region took place at the National Centre RUSSIA from 22 to 28 December. During this time, cultural, business, and educational events dedicated to the region, its history, traditions, achievements, and development prospects were held at the venue.
