When entering the exposition of the Republic of Karelia, all visitors usually freeze and smell something pleasant: it’s fresh, pine and berry fragrance. Karelia decided that their exposition would not be complete without locally produced "Karelia" flavor. Now it can be appreciated by the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO as well.

"Guests keep asking what smells so nice here? We tell them that we have brought the fragrance of Karelia and Kizhi Island to the exposition. And everyone can decide for themselves what our republic smells like", — said stand representative Yulia Barysheva.

The appearance of Karelia stand attendants is also impressive. T-shirts, bomber jackets and neckerchiefs are decorated with fancy patterns based on national Karelian motifs.

The exposition is open from Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is a technical day. The best time to visit is in the mornings and weekdays, but the exposition is also open to everyone on weekends. All expositions and events are free of charge.
