The interactive world at "The Birth of Scale" exposition
At "The Birth of Scale" exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA, visitors can not only learn more about the history of domestic architecture and feel the grandeur of Russia through its architectural legacy, but also become part of an interactive process that combines education, entertainment, and inspiration.
The educational activities presented at the exposition are designed for visitors of all ages. Participants in the interactive game "What Building Are You?" implemented as an express test, will answer several simple questions about their preferences and character, after which artificial intelligence will determine which architectural landmark best reflects their personality. This is an engaging way to learn something new about oneself while also getting acquainted with the finest examples of Russian architecture.
Lovers of intellectual entertainment will be attracted by the mini-quiz "5 Words from the World of Architecture." Players must decode words hidden in a letter panel. The thematic activities "Memory" and "Find 5 Differences" will serve as excellent exercises for memory and attention.
The interactive tasks are given additional dynamics by the time countdown feature, tracking the time spent on completing them. Visitors will be able to compete with each other or with themselves, trying to improve their results and set a new personal record.
"I am thrilled with the exposition; it's not just displays, but a real interactive world where everyone can feel like part of the history of architecture. Among the activities, the game "What Building Are You?" particularly stood out to me: it turned out that I am the Melnikov House. I never thought there was such an interesting building in the center of Moscow, consisting of just one apartment. Now I want to learn even more about this project," shared Anna Sergeyeva from Dzerzhinsk.
A special place in the educational interactive of the exposition is occupied by children's architectural workshops, where young visitors can take part in various masterclasses and even develop their own project for the city of the future.
"The Birth of Scale" exposition can be visited both independently and as part of guided tours with guides from the National Centre RUSSIA. Admission to the exposition is free. The current schedule of masterclasses and tours is available on the website russia.ru.
The exposition "The Birth of Scale" continues to run at the National Centre RUSSIA.
Young architects can take part in the "Creative Hub" competition organized by the National Centre RUSSIA.
