Investments in people — in the spotlight of the Open Dialogue participants
More than 300 essays from around the world, focused on ideas
for the development of the global economy, were added onto the longlist of the
Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform for Global
Growth". The distribution of works across four thematic areas has been
announced. As in the previous year, participants showed the greatest interest
in the theme of investments in people — one of the key priorities of our time.
The works were distributed as follows:
— Investment in people — 40%;
— Investment in technology — 24%;
— Investment in connectivity — 20%;
— Investment in the environment — 16%.
The Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New
Platform for Global Growth" will be held at the National Centre RUSSIA
from 27 to 29 April 2026. Over 1,600 entries from 98 countries were submitted
for participation in the event, with 75 authors holding academic degrees.
The Open Dialogue format is unique: in the context of a new
economic reality taking shape, participants are invited to present their
hypotheses, ideas, and scientific developments based on the principles of
equality, mutual respect, and cooperation for the benefit of humanity. Experts
from different countries work together to find answers to the key challenges of
our time, and set benchmarks for the development of the future of the world.
