Irina Dubtsova presented the Year of Family anthem at the RUSSIA EXPO

Popular Russian singer and composer Irina Dubtsova at the RUSSIA EXPO presented a song specially written for the Year of the Family and titled "The Main Thing is Family".

"By the decision of the President, the year 2024 has been declared the Year of the Family in our country. Preservation of the population, increase in the birth rate and formation of an effective system of support for families are the main tasks set before us by the head of state. And to solve them, we act together, uniting the efforts of the federal and regional authorities, legislators and parental community," said Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.

"Today you will be the first listeners of the anthem written in honor of the Year of the Family," Tatyana Golikova presented the new composition.

In the lyrics of the piece, the performer emphasizes that when the country is together, it is invincible, and family, home and children are the foundation of the state and a strong support for it. "It's us, it's you, it's me: the main thing is family," Irina Dubtsova sings.

On January 23, the Year of Family in Russia was launched at the RUSSIA EXPO venue. Russian President Vladimir Putin took part in the ceremony. The symbolic lighting of the family hearth "Heart of Russia" was held on the Main Stage of the RUSSIA EXPO as part of the All-Russian Family Forum Dear - Loved Ones. It was attended by family dynasties from all regions of the country, including families of the SMO participants, as well as representatives of key economic and social sectors, families who made a special contribution to the development of the regions. The fire from the family hearth was lit in 12 more icon-lamps. They will go to eight federal districts and four new territories. Then the flame will be spread throughout all 89 regions of the country.
