Tomsk region will show the Emerald City at the RUSSIA EXPO
There are 19 days left till the International RUSSIA EXPO. It has been revealed what the Tomsk exposition will surprise its guests with. For example, with a miniature Emerald City.
The creators of the region’s exposition were inspired by the famous fairy tale story by Alexander Volkov.
Therefore, the stand will be divided into three thematic zones: "Heart" will tell about developments in the field of medicine, "Mind" — about scientific activity, and "Courage" is dedicated to bold, breakthrough technologies in various fields.
At the same time, the governor of the region Vladimir Mazur said that much attention will be paid to the entertainment program at the exposition. After all, Tomsk is a city of students and young people, fun and activity are not unfamiliar to it. In the plans are performance of the dance group "UDI", scientific battle of young scientists "School of non-boring report", "Space lesson", "Lessons from the Ocean", activities of the project "Technoparents", the Day of regional cinema and many other events.
The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow on the territory of VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various sectors. The exposition will also be attended by federal authorities, representatives of large corporations, public associations.
Performances of "Soldiers’ Dreams", timed to coincide with the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, were held at the National Centre RUSSIA.
Ahead of the 9 May holiday — Victory Day — Vasily Shcherbakov and Larisa Denisenko from the Donetsk People’s Republic submitted a marriage registration.
Popular performer Khabib took part in the "Memory Wall" campaign at the National Centre RUSSIA and spoke about his great-grandfather Khabibrakhman Fazliakhmadov.
