Quests, science shows and lectures: Runet’s anniversary will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO

Runet Day will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO on April 7. It is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the creation of the national Internet network. Visitors will learn about the stages of Runet development, get acquainted with those who stood at its origins and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of future technologies.

The Runet Day will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and major IT companies. The plenary session "How Runet has Changed over 30 Years" will take place. Speakers will discuss cyber security, development of marketplaces, neural networks and much more.

The Exposition guests will be able to take part in a fascinating quest and get prizes. The game will involve several venues at once: Pavilion E "World of Digit", Pavilions "Sber" and VK. Also, in the Wink lecture hall of Pavilion E "World of Digit" visitors will be treated to colorful science shows and interesting lectures on how to become a streamer and what opportunities artificial intelligence offers.

You can learn about safety rules and protection from Internet fraud in Pavilions "Sber" and Rosmolodezh.  Pavilion "VEB.RF. Cities for Life Come True" will hold a masterclass for children "Exploring Runet and Diving into the World of Technology and Robotics" from "ROBBO" and raffle prizes at the interactive quiz. Also, throughout the day in the lecture area of "Yandex" guests will be able to see the exposition of retrocomputers and other rare equipment.

Besides, on Runet Day, the Phoenix Award from RUTUBE will be presented to the best bloggers and artists who have gained popularity on the Internet and continue their creative endeavors on the domestic platform.
