Meat delicacies and wild fish: vivid tastes await guests at the RUSSIA EXPO
At the
Farmers Fair in Pavilion 48 you can taste cheese, meat and fish, as well as
sweets from all over the country. From April 27 to May 5, famous brands from я the Moscow, Yaroslavl, Vladimir,
Belgorod and Irkutsk regions present their products.
The Moscow
region producers will once again impress with meat delicacies. The brand's
products are environmentally friendly and safe, and do not contain aggressive
moisture-retaining additives. Buyers are very fond of sausages and meat for the
natural homemade flavor.
In
addition, it will be possible to taste meat and fish smoked according to
Siberian recipes. Thanks to the natural method of smoking on alder and pear
with minimal use of smoke, the products turn out not only amazingly tasty,
fragrant and tender, but also retain useful properties.
Delicacies
made of clarias catfish were brought from Lukhovitsy, a town near Moscow,
especially for the fair. The high quality of products and their food safety is
achieved through continuous control of the chemical composition of water and
the use of feed from the best producers, as well as the absence of GMOs,
antibiotics, growth hormones, preservatives and dyes.
And the
Yaroslavl region will again please with smoked fish from the hereditary master
of smoking Igor Tsygankov. The master lives in Pereslavl-Zalessky and works
only with fish from the wild environment, which he smokes on cherry chips using
the traditional method.
Besides, a
variety of cheeses, berry products and natural chocolate are waiting for guests
at the fair.
