The musical show "1000 of the First" was performed by thousands of children's voices
The main street stage of the International RUSSIA EXPO on its opening day hosted the musical performance "1000 of the First". The choir consisting of thousands of children sang compositions dedicated to Russian regions.
The musical story about Russia and its people was performed by the talented youth of the Movement of the First, an all-Russian public and state movement established in 2022 to educate and organize leisure activities for teenagers, as well as to form a worldview based on traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.
"This unique musical performance reminds all young people and citizens of our country not only about its main values, but also about the fact that Russia is a country of great opportunities and there are indeed many points of application of our talents," said Grigory Gurov, Chairman of the Board of the Movement of First.
During the musical show from song to song, the main street stage of the RUSSIA EXPO gradually filled with more than a thousand participants of the choir - young artists from 12 to 17 years old from all regions of the country. The overarching elements of the show, in accordance with the organizers' idea, were the national values of Russia, approved by President Vladimir Putin in the Fundamentals of State Policy to Preserve and Strengthen Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values.
Some of the compositions were dedicated to the new Russian regions.
A panel discussion "Integration of the Special Military Operation Heroes into Civilian Life" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA as part of the 3rd All-Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland — the Strength of Russia".
Among its key events were the signing of major agreements, the Twin Cities Forum, and the festival of cultures "Heart of the Motherland", dedicated to the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia.
Guests not only observed the process but also asked the craftswomen about the meanings and the everyday life of the Khanty and Mansi peoples.
