Newlyweds can win tour packages across Russia at All-Russian Wedding Festival
The II
All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia Unites Hearts" will take place
at the National Centre RUSSIA from July 8 to 13. Loving couples from all regions can look forward to wedding ceremonies, expert lectures, fashion shows and workshops by wedding industry leaders. Festival organisers, working with regional partners,
have prepared a surprise: all couples will participate in a draw for trips to
destinations across the country — from Kamchatka to St Petersburg.
Winners of
the tour package draw will be able to embark on a day trip to historical sites
in the Stavropol region, take a sightseeing tour visiting Astrakhan's main
attractions, or journey to Kamchatka's volcanoes and thermal springs. Newlyweds
await immersion in the atmosphere of Leningrad region's palaces and parks,
discovering Magadan's unique nature, strolling through ancient Ryazan's Kremlin
and old streets, as well as experiencing Altai's mountain landscapes and lakes,
the Stolby Nature Reserve and Krasnoyarsk's Siberian hospitality. Prizes also
include a trip to Russia's cultural capital — St Petersburg, an excursion to
Smolensk's fortress walls and a holiday on the Krasnodar region’s Black Sea
coast.
Themed days
— from July 9-12 — will showcase the cultural features and traditions of
Russia's northern, southern, eastern and western regions. After the Festival's
ceremonial events, winning couples from the draw will be able to continue
exploring traditions whilst travelling thanks to specially designed tour
routes.
Applications from couples from all regions wishing to register their marriage at the II All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia Unites Hearts" are being accepted until June 4 inclusive on the National Centre RUSSIA website, "Gosuslugi" or by email: zags@mos.ru to the Moscow Civil Registry Office, where they should send their love story and a photograph with a description of their wedding attire featuring a national element. Festival organisers will select newlyweds on a competitive basis together with the National Centre RUSSIA.
Special attention will be paid to the legacy of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin.
