On April 24, Pavilion No. 55 at VDNH at the RUSSIA EXPO will host a demo day "Industrial Competence Centers in Transport: From Import Substitution to High-Tech Export" as part of the educational program, which general partner is the Russian Society "Knowledge".
The ICCs were established by order of the Government of the Russian Federation in the summer of 2022. Their main task is to ensure the transition to domestic technical solutions in key sectors of the economy.
Four such centers have been established in the transport industry, headed by representatives of Russia's largest transport companies - Russian Railways JSC, Aeroflot PJSC, Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC, and Rosmorport FSUE.
The ICCs are implementing 18 projects totaling 19.3 billion rubles. At the event, the representatives of ICCs and project developers will present real achievements in the field of import substitution over the past two years and outline plans for the near future.
The event will be attended by the Chairman of the Industry Committee - Deputy Minister of Transport Dmitry Bakanov, representatives of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, other interested ministries and departments, enterprises of the transport complex, and industry experts.
