Exercise session with Eurasian jiu-jitsu champion Stepan Karaseni was held at the RUSSIA EXPO
The Eurasian jiu-jitsu champion, master of sports in
wrestling, winner of the Moscow Cup and Moscow Championship, Stepan Karaseni,
conducted a workout session for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO. After a series
of exercises designed to invigorate participants for the entire day, the
athlete demonstrated several self-defense techniques.
"Exercise is essential for a person. We wake up and get
out of bed, but our body is still asleep. To prepare it for the day's
achievements, we need to help it by doing a workout. It's also good to take a
cold shower. Conducting workout sessions at the RUSSIA EXPO is a wonderful
initiative! It's an opportunity to take a big step towards a healthy
lifestyle," said Stepan Karaseni.
The "Sports Russia" is the main sports venue of the
Exposition. At Pavilion B "Prirodograd," exercise sessions with
champions are regularly held for all comers. In addition, every day, sports and
entertainment events and play areas are available for visitors of all ages and
fitness levels. The "Sports Russia" calendar also includes numerous
festivals and celebrations dedicated to various sports, sports tournaments with
a national flavor, lectures, masterclasses, and other events.
The International RUSSIA EXPO showcases the country's most
important achievements in one place. Throughout the exposition, guests can
enjoy cultural events and a rich business and educational program. Expositions
from 89 regions of Russia, leading federal agencies, corporations, and public
organizations are presented to visitors. More than 14 million people have
already visited the Exposition. The International RUSSIA EXPO is held at VDNH
in Moscow from November 4 to July 8.
The final panel pitching session for the "Investments in Connectivity" track took place on 29 April at the National Centre RUSSIA.
On the second day of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" the most remarkable essays submitted by authors in each track were presented.
The topic "Investments in Human Capital" attracted the largest number of essays from around the world, becoming one of the most in-demand themes within the framework of the Open Dialogue.
