The National Centre RUSSIA congratulates everyone on Defender of the Fatherland Day
February 23 is a holiday honoring brave, courageous people who are wholeheartedly devoted to their Motherland. The year 2025 has been declared the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
The National Centre RUSSIA, established by presidential decree, continues to hold events aimed at preserving historical memory, strengthening national spirit, and ensuring generational continuity.
"The National Centre RUSSIA hosted the 'Cinema in Service to the Fatherland' festival, where we all watched the premiere of the documentary project 'Thy Ways' and the musical and poetic performance 'Sisters.' In the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland, we will continue to support patriotic initiatives and share even more stories about the heroic deeds of our defenders. We believe that only through loyalty to traditions and respect for the past can we build a worthy future. Hosted festive events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Association of Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples of the North, Siberia, and the Far East of the Russian Federation, and the 95th anniversary of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra.
The international campaign "Victory Dictation" took place in Moscow on April 25 across 497 venues.
Essayist participating in the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" took a guided tour of the interactive exposition "Journey Across Russia".
