"Forever in our hearts": viewers of the documentary about the RUSSIA EXPO shared their impressions
The premiere of the documentary "My Country — My Russia" took place at
the National Centre RUSSIA. This joint project by the National Centre and the
RT Documentary channel is dedicated to one of the most significant events in
the global exposition movement — the International RUSSIA EXPO. Thousands of
people have already seen the film and eagerly share their impressions.
"I
came specifically for the Exposition. Spent about seven days there in February
and March. It was overwhelming! Something incredible! Indescribable delight. A
memory for a lifetime. Even after almost a year, I get excited at just the
mention of it. I brought back countless photos. I look at them and marvel at
the grand project, the country's achievements, the atmosphere of friendship and
unity. The film is amazing. And so much remains behind the scenes — it's
impossible to capture everything! A great country — great projects. Keep it
up!" — shared Tatyana Gradinarova in her review.
Many guests
were inspired by the Exposition to travel across the country, igniting a desire
to learn more about their Motherland.
"So
many wonderful hours were spent at the Exposition, and the numerous souvenirs
from various parts of the country still serve as reminders of it. Over the past
year, we visited several new regions and want to see even more. To witness with
our own eyes what we heard about at VDNH. Sincere gratitude to everyone who
envisioned and organized this event," noted Yekaterina.
Many
viewers of the documentary admitted that they could not hold back tears on the
closing day of the RUSSIA EXPO and the film deeply moved them once again.
"An
incredible film! What memories... Simply brought me to tears," wrote
viewer Yevgeniya.
The International RUSSIA EXPO opened its doors at VDNH on November 4, 2023, Unity Day. For the creation of the exposition, 265,000 square meters of exhibition spaces, pavilions, and large-scale art objects were constructed at VDNH. The film was shot directly on the grounds of the Exposition until its final day of operation. Participants in the filming included guides, staff from the Directorate, and numerous guests — politicians, public figures, athletes, artists, art historians, regular visitors, as well as representatives of federal agencies and corporations.
The film about the Exposition is available for viewing on our website and on the social network VKontakte.
