No number of views is worth your reputation, and success requires nothing more than believing in yourself and never giving up. This was the message shared by popular blogger and performer of the hit "Sigma Boy", Maria Yankovskaya, at a "Class Meeting" organised by the Movement of the First with participants of the "Young Journalists School" and the "Young Tour Guides School of Russia" at the National Centre RUSSIA. The event was held at the "Space of Opportunities".

Maria Yankovskaya became known across the country in 2024 when she released the track "Sigma Boy" together with Svetlana Chertishcheva (Betsy). Before achieving star status, she studied piano and solo singing, danced in the choreographic ensemble "Camellia", and founded her own rock band. Today, Maria Yankovskaya is only 13 years old, yet she is already a popular blogger, singer and actress with extensive performance experience. She arrived at the National Centre RUSSIA straight from the set of a new television series.

The meeting took place in the format of a live conversation. Guests asked questions alongside the moderators, speaking with the young star about the beginning of her creative journey, her unexpected success, memorable encounters and key achievements. Maria Yankovskaya emphasised that the main strategy for growth is to create content that genuinely interests people. At the same time, it is important to remain sincere and believe in yourself: "Do not be afraid to start and to try. Follow trends, draw inspiration from them, but always adapt them to yourself and look for your own unique ideas that will work."

The blogger noted that at the start of her career she created content independently. Now she is supported by camera operators and editors. At the same time, she still develops the text component — titles and descriptions — herself. For the young artist, this remains an important part of the creative process. Maria Yankovskaya also spoke about how she copes with stage nerves.

"It is important, no matter what, to pull yourself together and go out to the audience. Once I start performing, I feel less nervous, and over time the anxiety disappears altogether. I do not have any special secret," the singer explained.

One of the participants prepared a gift for Maria Yankovskaya — a kokoshnik-style headband. The blogger is known for her love of kokoshniks and often wears them in public. She noted that the gift would take a worthy place in her collection of accessories.

At the end of the meeting, Maria Yankovskaya staged a short performance. Together with the guests, she performed several lines from the hit "Sigma Boy", recording a video for her social media. In addition, the launch of the "MediaAttraction" contest was announced at the meeting.
