The Novosibirsk region has chosen an unusual concept for its exposition at the International RUSSIA EXPO.

The region will present its achievements in scientific, educational and industrial spheres using the "formula" of academician Mikhail Lavrentiev, the founder of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. It was he who formulated the development concept reflecting the unity of "Science, Personnel (Education), Production". Later the concept was called "Lavrentiev Triangle".

"The site for the Novosibirsk region turned out to be triangular. Then the governor suggested that we would make "Lavrentiev Triangle" — this is the formula for the success of the Novosibirsk region. On one wall we will present our achievements in education. The second wall is science, and the third wall is production", — said Anna Pavlova, deputy minister of economic development of the region.

At the stand dedicated to education, it will be possible to make a VR-excursion to Novosibirsk sights, learn about the development of sports movement and get acquainted with educational games for children. "Scientific Wall" will not only present the achievements of the region in this industry, but will also delight with master classes from real scientists.

The industrial theme will be presented by a logistics model demonstrating the favorable position of the Novosibirsk region and its strong production capabilities, vertical greenhouses and other displays.

As a reminder, the International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow on the territory of VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to key achievements in various industries.
