From May 21 to 26, at the Farmers Fair in Pavilion No. 48 of the International RUSSIA EXPO, guests will be presented with an updated range of products from the best producers from various parts of the country.

Natural dairy products without preservatives and coloring agents will be presented by the Farm Lyashenko S.N. brand from the Moscow region. On the counter, customers will find an assortment of 46 products, including an exclusive type of milk from pedigree goats, cows and sheep.

Farms from the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania will present their products at the fair under the Ossetian Pies brand. Everyone will be able to buy one of the main dishes of Caucasian cuisine — traditional Ossetian pie. Only the highest quality ingredients are used for its filling, the main one being Ossetian cheese, the high taste qualities of which have been noted by many travelers.

The Russian Village brand from the Vladimir region will also present its products. The farm in a picturesque and ecologically clean area of the Vladimir region near the village of Kishleeva produces fresh milk, which is used to make cheese and dairy products. Visitors will be able to buy their favorite goods that were produced far away from big roads and factories.

The BelonogovЪ brand from the Leningrad region will present the gifts of forests at the fair. The Belonogov family is the third generation of mushroom and berry pickers who continuously work to improve the quality of their goods. On the counter, guests will find mushrooms harvested in ecologically clean places, which have been thoroughly inspected.

Wild smoked fish will be presented by the Ryapushka Herbovaya (lit. Crest Vendace) brand from the Yaroslavl region. Visitors will be able to buy a unique product from Igor Tsygankov, a hereditary master of smoking from Pereslavl-Zalessky. In his work he uses fish only from the wild environment, which he smokes on cherry chips.

Lipetsk ProTaste brand will offer its guests dry cured delicacies prepared according to innovative methods from high quality meat and natural ingredients. Modern production technologies allow not only to preserve the useful properties of the product, but also to create a rich and saturated flavor.

The "Pavel Kabanov's Handicraft House" brand from the Ivanovo region will offer visitors more than 100 kinds of cheese, including cheeses with edible crust and cheese sweets — marmalade and pastila. At the fair everyone will be able to buy unique products with incredibly exquisite taste.

Its products will be presented by a participant from St. Petersburg under the Fratelli brand, the history of which began in 2017 with the opening of a cheese factory in Krasnoyarsk, where cheeses were made from the milk of local farmers. The brand's technologists were trained in the best domestic and European schools, which allowed them to create a high-quality and unique product that everyone can buy.

Camembert and brie, which have already become a favorite of residents of many regions, are made there using unique technologies created with the participation of an expert cheesemaker from France.

Meat Artel Velemi is a small production of meat delicacies and sausages from the Moscow region. The brand will present visitors with products made of proven meat, cooked according to unique recipes with reduced content of animal fat and salt.
