Registration opens for guided tours of the architectural exposition "The Birth of Scale"
The website
of the National Centre RUSSIA has opened registration for two unique
educational tours of the architectural exposition "The Birth of
Scale," dedicated to the history and development of Russian architecture.
You can
register for the 60-minute tour "The Birth of Scale: Evolution and
Diversity of Russian Architecture" via the link.
This tour
will reveal new aspects of architectural history, where traditions meet the
avant-garde, and innovative solutions inspire future projects. Historical
displays, models, and interactive elements vividly showcase the evolution of
Russia's architectural legacy, from traditional wooden structures to modern
skyscrapers.
You can
register for the 40-minute guided walk "The Birth of Scale: The History of
Russian Architectural Art" via the link.
The
exposition combines historical models with interactive elements, allowing
visitors to experience the spirit of creativity and bold innovation.
The history of Russian architecture, bold concepts, and Soviet urban planning projects realised across the globe were presented to delegations of the exposition on May 31.
These mills were technological structures, each one a complex mechanism despite its apparent simplicity.
The lecture "Russian Architecture in the Global Context" took place at the National Centre RUSSIA on May 30.
