Visit a fairy tale, travel back in time and choose a profession: pavilions that are definitely worth seeing
Walk
through a magical forest surrounded by incredible animals, create lightning and
make it rain. The International RUSSIA EXPO has a lot of interesting areas for
the whole family to enjoy.
The RUSSIA
EXPO is more than just impressive regional stands. Ministries of the Russian
Federation presented ambitious expositions that take your breath away. For
example, a technological and spectacular pavilion "Energy of Life"
from the Ministry of Energy. Here you can travel back in time and see how the
first fire was produced, collect energy and "bring to life"
installations, play games and create your own energy reflection. And all this
in the setting of the fantastic world of the future. For the sake of such a
thing it is definitely worth walking the extra 200 meters. The "Energy of
Life" of life is a little farther away from the main exposition.
However,
not far from the main entrance of VDNH there is a real fairy-tale forest. It
was "grown" by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of
the Russian Federation. It is practically a crime not to bring children to the
"Prirodograd" pavilion. Here they have collected interesting and yet
useful entertainment activities for them. For example, you can clean the river,
find useful minerals, color animals on a huge interactive screen. There is even
a horror room, where you can see the terrifying future that awaits the planet
if mankind violates the laws of ecology.
In
addition, there is a children's laboratory in Prirodograd, where children can
take part in ecological workshops and play games while their parents explore
the exposition on their own.
And just a few steps away from the main exposition space there is a small but very important pavilion - the Coordination Center of the Russian Government. From a huge screen the guests are greeted by the Chairman of the Government himself, Mikhail Mishustin. Ministers and officials also talk about civil service, national projects and the country's development prospects. And the best thing is that you can come to the tour with children and they will definitely not get bored. After all, for them there is a separate space with animators and digital sidekick Alyosha, who will not only entertain the child, but may well inspire him to a political career.
You can have an enjoyable time and at the same time make an important step towards financial well-being in the pavilion of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "Smart Finance". In this space you can learn how to resist fraudsters, what to do if your property is damaged and why everyone should get an investment portfolio. And all this is in the format of interactive tests, quests and games, which is available to both adults and children. And for the youngest guests there is even a separate room with cartoons and games, so that parents can quietly drink coffee and relax.
Not everyone knows that there are actually two pavilions of the Ministry of Natural Resources at the RUSSIA EXPO. The second one is a bit farther away. But you should definitely go to the "City of Professions". After all, children will be able to try themselves as ecologists, meteorologists, firefighters and scientists. Under the supervision of volunteers, they will learn how to save the forest from fire, call lightning and extract information from ice. They will also find out what a carbon footprint is and how to make it smaller. "City of Professions" accepts children from 6 to 14 years old, while kids save the planet, parents can walk around the territory of VDNH or visit neighboring pavilions.
