Monday is a maintenance day at the National Centre RUSSIA
On Monday, 17 August, the National Centre RUSSIA will be
closed to visitors due to scheduled maintenance work. These measures are
necessary to maintain safety, comfort and high-quality service across all areas
of the Centre.
On Tuesday, 18 August, the National Centre RUSSIA will reopen to visitors.
Guests will be able to visit the permanent "Journey Across Russia"
exposition, as well as the "Legacy. Theatre. The Greats" exposition
marking the 150th anniversary of the Theatre Union of Russia. The project,
launched on 28 July, explores life behind the scenes, the people who create
theatre and little-known chapters in the history of Russian theatre. Admission
to the exposition is free, while advance registration on the russia.ru website
is required for guided tours. Guests can also use an audio guide created
especially for the exposition and voiced by theatre actors.
The National Centre RUSSIA is also home to the Gastro Rows, offering regional
cuisine, and the Department Store of the National Centre RUSSIA, featuring
products by Russian manufacturers and traditional crafts.
All expositions and events are free of charge. Advance registration is required
for some events. Up-to-date information is available in the "Events"
section on the russia.ru website and on the National Centre RUSSIA social mediapages.
