Monday is a maintenance day at the National Centre RUSSIA
On 30 March, the National Centre RUSSIA is holding a
maintenance day. The space will be closed to visitors on this day, and the team
will focus on carrying out scheduled work aimed at improving service quality
and safety.
Specialists will conduct a comprehensive inspection of
equipment, update the expositions, and carry out technical maintenance of the
interactive and guest zones. These measures help maintain a high standard of
operation across all spaces and ensure that visiting the centre is as comfortable
and enriching as possible.
The National Centre RUSSIA will resume operating on Tuesday,
31 March, and will be open to guests as usual — from 10:00 to 20:00.
The National Centre RUSSIA features the permanent exposition
"Journey Across Russia", which showcases the history, culture, and
key attractions of all federal districts. Guests can also visit the Gastronomic
Rows to sample regional cuisine and explore the Department Store, which offers
products from Russian brands.
Additionally, the "Geography Lessons" exposition
will open on 3 April. This large-scale project by the National Centre RUSSIA
takes visitors on a true journey through the centuries: from ancient scrolls to
digital maps, from the first geographical discoveries to space exploration. It
brings together unique cartographic treasures from the country's leading
repositories: the Russian State Library, the Russian Geographical Society,
archives of the Ministry of Defence, and leading universities and research
centres.
Visiting of all expositions and events at the National
Centre RUSSIA is free of charge. Some events may require prior registration —
keep an eye on updates on social media and in the "Events" section.
We thank you for your understanding, and invite you to plan
your visit in advance. We look forward to welcoming you to the National Centre
RUSSIA!
