Ambassadors of the partner states attended the celebrations in honor of the tenth anniversary of the "Russian Spring" at the RUSSIA EXPO
Ambassadors of several friendly countries from Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea and Nicaragua visited the International RUSSIA EXPO.
A tour of the stands of the country's regions was arranged for the guests. They paid special attention to the exposition of the Hero City of Sevastopol, which these days, together with the Republic of Crimea, celebrates the 10-year anniversary of reunification with Russia. The diplomats were told about the history and the present of the city, and were given souvenir sets timed to the 240th anniversary of its foundation.
Venezuelan Ambassador to Russia Jesus Rafael Salazar Velasquez shared his impressions of the visit.
"The fact that today I have the opportunity to be here and share with you the joy of the festive day of the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia is a very important emotional moment for me. I sincerely congratulate our friends from Sevastopol, Crimea and all of Russia," emphasized Venezuelan Ambassador to Russia Jesus Rafael Salazar Velasquez.
The ambassadors also took part in the concert "Sevastopol Symphony". As part of the event, the Exposition held a broadcast of the rally-concert on Red Square, dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin took part in it.
