and Alyona Andreychenko, young employees of the Vostochny Cosmodrome, met at
work and got married at the International RUSSIA EXPO, where the days of the
Amur region began on November 10.
Their ceremony became the main event. The famous Russian cosmonaut Sergey Korsakov and the head of the region Vasily Orlov were the wedding guests.
"Our
whole life is connected with space. We are very happy that we concluded our marriage
in such a place. If we had celebrated the wedding in the family circle, we
would not have gotten so many impressions, so much attention", - said
Alyona Andreychenko.
The bride and groom arrived in a Russian car Aurus. From inside the car, they examined the main attractions of the exposition. For relaxation, the newlyweds were provided with a suite in a partner hotel and a tour of the capital was organized for them. The wedding of Alexander and Alyona is the first in a series of similar celebrations at the exposition. In total, there will be more than 40 of them.

Yakut wedding and a wedding of newlyweds from the Zabaykalsky region, which
will be held according to the Old Believers' traditions, are planned soon. The

The next
two marriage ceremonies will be held on November 11 and 12. In the first case,
the newlyweds will be from the Chukotka Autonomous Area, and in the second -
from Yakutia.
The Amur exposition presents the tourist potential of the region, where you can see the launch of rockets into space with your own eyes. Local musicians and creative groups will perform for visitors, and lectures will be held on the culture and history of the region's development.
Visitors to the exposition will learn how the new branch of the Baikal-Amur Mainline and the cable car, which makes it possible to get from Blagoveshchensk to Chinese Heihe in just five minutes, work. Regional Governor Vasily Orlov spoke about the work of the space industry in the region.
The lecture "Come and See: The Feat of Newsreel Cameramen during the Great Patriotic War" took place as part of the "Thursday. Development".
The centre has become the first, unique, and multifunctional exhibition venue in Belarus, operated by the National Exhibition Centre "BelExpo."
On May 8, the audience at the National Centre RUSSIA enjoyed a performance by a combined children's wind orchestra, which launched the festive concert programme.
