Prime Minister began the tour of INNOPROM-2025 from the Department Store booth of the National Centre RUSSIA
On July 8, Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Minister of the Russian
Federation, began his tour of the INNOPROM-2025 international industrial
exposition with a visit to the Department Store booth of the National Centre
RUSSIA. Accompanied by heads of foreign delegations, including First Deputy
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar and Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus
Viktor Karankevich, Prime Minister examined the exposition dedicated to Russian
folk crafts and modern production technologies.
Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the National Centre
RUSSIA, explained the concept of the Department Store to the distinguished
guests.
"Department Store RUSSIA is a living encyclopedia of
folk art and entrepreneurial initiative. Here, each product tells its own story
— about craftsmen who carefully preserve traditions, about regions with their
unique flavor, about modern interpretation of our cultural code," Natalia
Virtuozova said.
The Department Store's booth, which unites about 100
manufacturers from 46 regions of Russia, is organized according to four
thematic categories:
— "Grocery" presents gastronomic brands familiar
to every Russian since childhood, from Altai honey to Far Eastern seafood.
— "Accessories" — shows original jewelry and
clothing items created with traditional ornaments and modern technologies,
including 3D modeling and laser cutting.
— "Folk crafts" — includes products with Khokhloma
and Gzhel paintings, Vologda lace, Zhostovo trays, and other unique works of
folk craftsmen.
— "Cosmetics" — presents natural products
developed according to ancient recipes and using modern technologies.
"We deliberately chose the format of the industrial
exposition to show that the value of manual labor and true craftsmanship is
particularly well seen among high technologies. Yesterday, we completely sold
out bags made by a Kaliningrad manufacturer — this is the best assessment of
our work," said Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA.
The central element of the exposition was a
kaleidoscope-looking showcase, where each piece represents goods from a
specific region of Russia.
"INNOPROM-2025 gives our manufacturers a unique
opportunity to make themselves known on the international stage. But the main
thing is that we must talk about regional brands within the country. As near as
September, we will open a branch of the National Centre RUSSIA in Vladivostok,
where a Department Store will also appear. By the end of the year, four more
branches of the National Centre RUSSIA with Department Stores will be opened: in
Sevastopol, Krasnoyarsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Yugra and the Ryazan
Region," Natalia Virtuozova noted.
In the future, the chain will expand to 89 locations in each
region across the country, with development of sales to promote Russian goods
abroad.
The delegation was particularly interested in the collection
of clothes with citations of President of Russia and clothes branded with
symbols of the National Centre RUSSIA.
The Department Store project was launched on November 4,
2024 and has already brought together more than 160 manufacturers from 60
regions of the country.
The International Industrial Exposition INNOPROM-2025 is
being held in Yekaterinburg from July 7 to 10. It is conducted with support of
Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and Government of the Sverdlovsk
Region. In 2025, the exposition features seven key sections, including
"Mechanical Engineering and Components," "Digital
Technologies," and "Technologies for the City."
