We invite you to a workshop on decorating a transparent Christmas bauble at the National Centre RUSSIA
A series of pre-New Year creative workshops continues at the
National Centre RUSSIA, creating the very sense of magic without which it is
impossible to imagine the main family holiday of the year. On the final weekend
of the outgoing 2025, guests are invited to a workshop on decorating a
transparent Christmas bauble.
Guided by an experienced craft specialist, participants will
create an elegant, one-of-a-kind Christmas ornament by hand. Each guest will
receive a transparent glass bauble blank, which they will be able to fill with
cosy winter magic — a composition made of decorative branches and berries.
The result of this meticulous yet inspiring activity will be
limited only by the creator’s imagination. At the end of the workshop, everyone
will leave with their own small masterpiece, preserving a piece of the
creator’s soul and festive spirit. It can become the main decoration on your
Christmas tree or a heartfelt gift for loved ones.
The workshop will take place on 27 and 28 December from
16:30 to 17:30 in the foyer of the concert hall. Come with the whole family to
fill the pre-holiday days with the warmth of shared creativity and create your
own symbol of the coming year. Let us create magic together.
Please note: if you are late or unable to attend the event
at the scheduled time, the organiser reserves the right to offer your place to
another guest. To avoid inconvenience, we kindly ask you to arrive at the
National Centre RUSSIA 10 – 15 minutes before the workshop begins.
Children under the age of 14 may register for and attend the
workshop only when accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian. From the age
of 14, independent registration and participation are permitted.
In Russian folk culture, wreaths hold special meaning, which is why many people decorate their homes with them in the run-up to the New Year.
The final volunteer appreciation ceremony was held on 26 December at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The exposition "Book of Fairy Tales" helps children build a connection with their native culture, images, and traditions.
