The National Centre RUSSIA has introduced two new tours designed to immerse visitors in a festive mood while exploring culture, traditions, and the future.

The tour "Make a Wish" invites guests to enjoy the New Year’s atmosphere, discover the wealth of traditions from various regions of Russia, and learn about the nation’s cultural legacy, dreams of science fiction writers, and groundbreaking inventions.

The tour begins at the main entrance, where eight beautifully decorated New Year trees stand, each themed after the symbols and traditions of one of Russia’s eight federal districts. Here, visitors can marvel at Northern lace patterns and gingerbread, Russian matryoshkas – nesting dolls, golden Caucasian embroideries, Ural gemstones, vibrant Southern fruits, and depictions of animals and nature from Siberia and the Far East. The guide will share stories about crafts passed down through generations and the unique cultural legacy of multicultural Russia.

The journey continues into the exposition halls of the National Centre. Guests will visit the Library of the Future to explore how science fiction envisioned tomorrow, marvel at realized dreams in the Hall of Inventions, and conclude the tour at the "Legacy for the Future" exposition, showcasing works by young artists from around the world.

Thechildren’s tour "The Future Begins Today" offers young visitors an exciting journey through time and space. At the "Time of the First" exposition, the Library of the Future, the Hall of Inventions, and the "Legacy for the Future" exposition, children will meet Alisa — a girl from the future. They will learn about the dreams of great science fiction writers, solve mysteries of science and technology, and see the future through the eyes of artists from Russia, Brazil, Iran, India, China, and Ethiopia.

The tour incorporates playful elements and features characters from popular books and cartoons. Both excursions last 60 minutes. Registration is available on the National Centre RUSSIA website.

The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA EXPO and to showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a permanent basis. Federal government agencies, state companies, corporations, and regions take part in the Centre’s work.

The National Centre RUSSIA is located at 14 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow. The Centre is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday.
