Registration for the III All-Russian Wedding Festival extended until 3 June
The National Centre RUSSIA is extending the deadline for applications to take part in the III All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts", which will be held on 8 and 9 July. Couples in love who dream of a true celebration of love and family values can apply on the National Centre RUSSIA website until 3 June inclusive.
The main event on Family, Love and Fidelity Day, 8 July, will be a simultaneous wedding ceremony for couples in love from across the country. The celebration will be enhanced by the passing on of the flame of the All-Russian Family Hearth "Heart of Russia". New families will receive from couples who married at previous festivals a particle of the flame from Murom, where the holy patrons of marriage, Peter and Fevronia, lived. On the second day, educational lectures, as well as a gastronomic and musical programme, will be held for the newlyweds, their guests and everyone interested in wedding themes.
More than 100 couples from all federal districts of the country have already joined the festival. Among them are Arman Aroyan and Angelina Shipitsina from Tyumen, who are united by love, creativity and the desire to grow together: "This year has been declared the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia by the President of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, which is very symbolic, as our couple is interethnic. At the All-Russian Wedding Festival, we want to support family values, make new acquaintances and represent our region with dignity."
This year, the geography of the festival is expanding: alongside Moscow, festive wedding ceremonies will be held at branches of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Primorye and Krasnoyarsk Territories, as well as in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra.
Kupriyan Shustov and Karina Gordeychik from Novosibirsk are looking forward to the grand celebration: "We want to get married at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival at the National Centre RUSSIA because, for us, it is not just a beautiful ceremony, but an opportunity to begin our family journey in a place where everything breathes love and unity. For us, the festival is a chance to say 'I do' to each other before the whole country and prove that love lives not in fairy tales, but among ordinary young men and women."
One of the conditions for taking part in the festive wedding ceremony is the use of elements of national costumes in the wedding look. The large-scale event will bring together representatives of different peoples, highlight the country’s cultural diversity and the unity of loving people’s feelings.
Mikhail Kuznetsov and Yelizaveta Onofreychuk from the Sverdlovsk Region dream of saying "I do!" to each other in a place where the traditions, culture and future of our country come together: "This festival is not only a beautiful event, but also a symbol of unity, love and family values, which are especially important to us. Becoming part of the III All-Russian Wedding Festival means writing our personal story into a great story of love that unites people from across the country. It is an opportunity to feel that our family is part of something greater, bright and inspiring."
The III All-Russian Wedding Festival is organised by the National Centre RUSSIA jointly with the Moscow Government and the Moscow Civil Registry Office. In the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, declared by the President, Vladimir Putin, the main theme of the festival, "United in Love", is the unity of hearts, culture, traditions and values.
The I All-Russian Wedding Festival was held in 2024 as part of the International RUSSIA EXPO. A total of 221 couples entered into marriage at the event. In 2025, the event was held at the National Centre RUSSIA, where another 206 families were created. The event has become annual and will be held on the holiday of Saints Peter and Fevronia.
The future building of the National Centre RUSSIA will change perceptions of urban public spaces and become one of the main symbols of the capital.
As part of the Open Lecture Hall "Inventing the Future: Ecotourism", the geographical readings "Mosaic of the Peoples of the Far East" were also held.
The Open Lecture Hall "Inventing the Future: Ecotourism", an original project by the National Centre RUSSIA, was held in Vladivostok for the first time.
