Salami with truffle, northern fish and smoked meat: what Farmers Fair has to offer
A true meat and fish feast awaits guests at the RUSSIA EXPO in Pavilion No. 48. This week, from June 18 to 23, participants from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area, Vladimir, Kaluga and Moscow regions will showcase their products. You can taste natural sausages, smoked meats, dried and lightly salted fish, pike hwe and other delicacies.
The "Pryankovsky Product" brand from the Kaluga region invites you to try their quality sausages. Animals are kept on their own farm with comfortable watering and hay, as well as pastures. Buyers know the brand as a conscientious supplier of delicious and high-quality meat.
Participants from the Moscow region, under the brand "DymAS For You Prepared by Siberians", will also delight with meat delicacies. Their products are made using traditional Siberian recipes, employing eco-friendly smoking with minimal smoke, using alder and pear wood. Another Moscow region brand, "Old Russian Balyks", also smokes meat, poultry and fish according to old Russian recipes on wood, using only curing salt, natural spices, herbs and honey in the marinade.
The "Dymnoe-Myaso" ("Smoky Meat") smoking shop from the Moscow region offers baked meat delicacies made from poultry, turkey, pork and beef, as well as sausages and rolls. Smoking lasts about 3-4 hours, during which the meat slowly absorbs the aroma of natural smoke. Not only the taste but also the smell becomes richer and more pleasant.
Exquisite sausages made according to Italian recipes this week are provided by the Vladimir region brand "Solumi Di Reggio". Their products contain only natural pork and a bouquet of spices, with varieties including Montagna, Campagnolo, with hot pepper, with truffle and other salami.
The participant from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area, "Severyanka" ("Northern Girl"), will delight with real northern fish. The store offers over 50 types of ready-to-eat fish products from pike, chir, whitefish, dace, crucian carp, perch, smelt, vendace, trout, peled — dried, lightly salted, cold-smoked, chips and straw, fish salad: pike "Hwe", royal snack from trout, Saguday salad from chir.
Additionally, at the Farmers Fair, you can try cheeses, honey and gingerbread.
