Sigma Boy at Razgon: Maria Yankovskaya celebrated her birthday with young people at the National Centre RUSSIA
The National Centre RUSSIA is becoming a magnet for young people, a place where new projects are born and the future of the country is shaped. On 21 September, the Razgon Student Community Festival took place at the Centre, bringing together young leaders, creators, and activists from across Russia. One of the central events was the participation of the popular singer and video blogger Maria Yankovskaya — on her 13th birthday, the performer of the hit "Sigma Boy" became a special guest of the celebration.
"I decided that before my own celebration I definitely had to be here, because this is a very important event, one that really has to be held. This is a place of strength and inspiration for young people. Today, so many young people have gathered here. They meet each other, look at projects, and realise they can try themselves in something new. Their eyes are shining, they are ready to conquer any heights," said Maria Yankovskaya.
According to the singer, she has not yet decided on her future profession.
"I took part in the 'Constellations' project of the Razgon community, where I played Anna, daughter of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, who became Queen of France. She had a very important and significant role in history. I enjoyed it, so I think I will choose the acting path. In any case, it will 100% be something creative. I haven’t made a final decision yet," said Yankovskaya.
In a conversation with the press office of the National Centre RUSSIA, the singer stressed that a "Sigma Boy" must definitely attend events such as the Razgon Student Community Festival.
The Razgon community, created on the initiative of Innopraktika with the support of the project’s general partner Gazprombank JSC, has united thousands of students and schoolchildren from different regions of Russia over the past three years. It has become a launching platform for dozens of youth projects — from science and art to agroindustry and space.
The II Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform for Global Growth" will be held at the National Centre RUSSIA in Moscow on 27–29 April.
Registration for the Second Season of the All-Russian video essay contest "Dreams of the Future" has been extended at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The future building of the National Centre RUSSIA is comparable to the world’s largest cultural venues.
