Sonka's honey, Iriklinsky bream and honeysuckle juice - don't miss the fair at the RUSSIA EXPO
At the
Farmers Fair in Pavilion No. 48, exhibitors from the country's regions offer
products that you can't buy in the usual supermarket.
For
example, here you can try Iriklinsky bream - thanks to the natural and climatic
conditions of the Iriklinsky reservoir the fish has excellent characteristics,
has high fat content and does not smell of mud. Smoked bream tastes especially
good. The bream is also popular in dried and salted version.
Sonka's
Honey - one of the leading beekeeping farms in the Kursk region - will present
its products. There are 450 bee families here. Every year the farm collects up
to 20 tons of different types of honey. The apiary is nomadic: beekeepers
collect their first honey in the Krasnodar region - acacia, then chestnut,
linden, and finish it in the Kursk region.
More than
40 items are offered by the eco-farm Shuya Berries: stewed berries, jams,
confitures, juices, marmalade, freeze-dried berries. Desserts are characterized
by a high content of berries, complete absence of sugar or its small addition.
The eco-farm is located in an ecologically clean place - in the village of
Mizgino, Ivanovo region, near the Nikolo-Shartom Monastery.
Those who
are nostalgic for the Soviet lemonade will surely like the drinks made of
natural ingredients according to the Soviet GOST (State Standart) from the
participant from the Orel region under the brand Zalegoshchensky lemonade.
