The concert tournament "From Classics to Folk Motives" was presented at the RUSSIA EXPO by the ensembles of the teaching staff of Alchevsk Children's Music School No. 1 from the Luhansk People's Republic: "Accord" playing folk instruments and the ensemble of orchestral instruments "Inspiration".

Both ensembles performed in turns on the same stage, which gave the audience the opportunity to immerse themselves in classical and folk music.

Both little-known works and popular compositions were performed: "On the Don He is Walking" and "Round Dance" by the "Accord" ensemble, and "Waltz of Flowers" by Pyotr Tchaikovsky from "The Nutcracker" ballet, as well as works by Dmitry Shostakovich by the "Inspiration" ensemble.
