The National Centre RUSSIA stand at the International Festival of Youth — 2026 in Yekaterinburg is proving popular with participants from different countries. On 13 September, the space was visited by South Korean blogger Choi Jong Ha and well-known TV presenter Federico Arnaldi.

Speaking about his impressions of the National Centre RUSSIA stand at IFY-2026, Federico Arnaldi, host of a culinary and educational programme on NTV, noted in particular that each item on display brought back warm memories of his travels across Russia.

"This stand introduces young people from abroad to Russia and truly showcases everything its regions have to offer. Here, you can take one big journey: from Siberia to the Caucasus, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. I invite everyone to take a short journey across this vast country and discover the many facets of Russia in greater depth," said Federico Arnaldi.

In his blog, Choi Jong Ha compares Russian and Asian cultures — today, his life is connected with two countries at once, and he is happy to share this unusual experience with his followers.

"The National Centre RUSSIA stand is truly impressive. It features unique products: different kinds of pastila, tea and gingerbread. The exposition is genuinely interesting — you can really feel the atmosphere of many peoples and cultures here. At the festival, you can discover a wide range of regions and concepts. I invite everyone to come here, explore the culture and learn something new: this stand gives you an opportunity to discover several Russian regions in a single visit," the blogger shared.

Choi Jong Ha also took a close look at the unique toy prepared by the National Centre RUSSIA specially for the International Festival of Youth — a nevalyashka (roly-poly toy) dressed as the famous animated character Cheburashka.

"Here I learned that the nevalyashka is a symbol of resilience: it never falls over. I will take that idea with me and remember this toy in the most difficult moments," he added.

The National Centre RUSSIA stand — the Department Store — is located in the "Cultural Code" zone at the International Festival in Yekaterinburg. It will operate from 13 to 16 September. The stand features products from different regions of the country, from sweets, tea and cosmetics to ceramics, jewellery, textiles and folk arts and crafts.
