Gouda with pumpkin, dessert with dried fruit: you can try unusual cheese at the fair
It is always delicious and abundant in Pavilion No. 48 of the RUSSIA EXPO. Farmers are especially ready to please with a variety of cheeses. At the fair you can appreciate both classic flavors and rare exquisite cheeses, including those with unusual additives.
Handmade farmers' cheeses not only delight with their quality. Thanks to author's recipes there are flavors that you will never find in the store. For example, fragrant cheese with fenugreek or spicy one with chili, dessert cheese with nuts and dried fruits. You can also try gouda with pumpkin and "Drunken Goat". This is a cheese made from goat's milk and aged in red dry wine. The wine crust gives the cheese a delicate flavor with a slight fruity sourness.
For those who prefer minimalism, there is also a suitable variety. For example, hard goat cheese, which thanks to three years of aging acquires a bright, slightly sharp taste, amazing aroma and a long, memorable aftertaste.
Fruit mustard and natural honey can highlight the taste of cheeses and sausages presented at the fair. In addition, guests can try and buy craft chocolate and confectionery, halva and natural marmalade.
