Participants of the II All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts" discovered Kuzbass
The National Centre RUSSIA gave participants of the II All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts" a journey through the picturesque corners of the Kemerovo region. Ruslan Gulamov and Daria Chernyakina from Tolyatti, winners in the nomination "In Love with the Cause and Each Other", had the opportunity to discover the rich culture and nature of Kuzbass.
The newlyweds from the Samara region visited some of the region’s most remarkable locations. They explored the Gavrilov Caves, strolled through Metallurgists’ Park, and immersed themselves in national traditions at the Shan TuuJerim ethnopark in the village of Shanda. Ruslan and Daria also viewed the artefacts of the Guryevsk Local History Museum and the Palace of Culture in Salair. The final highlights of the trip included relaxing at the Salairskie Plesy recreation centre, paddleboarding on Lake Aprelka, and taking a sightseeing tour of the region’s capital — the welcoming city of Kemerovo.
"As soon as we arrived in the region, we were immediately taken for a walk in the taiga. Its scale is impressive, it’s incredibly beautiful. Then we went to see the outskirts and local attractions of the town of Guryevsk. We were impressed by the people — they are very pleasant, truly golden. We liked the museums, the local character. And there was also Lake Aprelka, where we went paddleboarding. That was probably the strongest impression from all the days," shared Daria Chernyakina.
In turn, Ruslan Gulamov noted that they had never been to the taiga before, and the trip left only positive emotions. Kemerovo, according to the husband, is a very beautiful and pleasant city.
The trip for the newlyweds was organised by the National Centre RUSSIA with the support of the Kuzbass Ministry of Tourism, the Kuzbass Tourism Agency, the Guryevsk District Development Agency, and the comfortable Villa Maralis *4 hotel.
The gastronomic master class "Traditions of Dagestani Сuisine" was part of the Week of the Republic of Dagestan, which is being held at the "Region-2030. The Platform of the Future" exposition.
On 9 September, the National Centre RUSSIA will launch a new educational project for children and parents — an interactive quest across seven regions of the country.
At the exposition "Region-2030. Platform of the Future" guests can get acquainted with the main sights, culture and achievements of this distinctive region of Russia.
