A unique circus procession will take place on the territory of the RUSSIA EXPO
On April 21, visitors to the International RUSSIA EXPO will be able to immerse themselves in the magical world of circus art and feel its unique atmosphere during the "Art of Circus" procession timed to celebrate International Circus Day.
The participants of the event will be representatives of various circus genres — acrobats, athletes, gymnasts, jugglers, illusionists, equilibrists and clowns, including young artists making their first steps in the circus profession.
The procession will be opened by gymnasts on flexible poles, the Sprechstallmeister — a circus show host and an original orchestra on monowheels and jumpers, whose performance will express the theme of the future. Brightly colored props, giant balloons and flying kites in the hands of professionals and students of circus schools will decorate the procession.
The artists will hand out animal figures made of inflatable balloons to the guests. The procession will be closed by a group of stilt walkers.
At the end of the event in the spectator area of the Main Street Stage, the participants will be treated to a final number by the artists, which will mark the end of the procession and the beginning of the concert.
The procession will take place on April 21 from 13:00 to 14:00 on the route North Loop — Ring Road — Fountain "Friendship of Peoples".
