The new team of Russian Student Brigades presented development plans for 2025 at the National Centre RUSSIA
On March 15, the National Centre RUSSIA hosted the All-Russian Meeting of Russian Student Brigades (RSO). The event was attended by the heads of 85 regional RSO branches, as well as the organization's leadership. The updated team of the RSO Central Headquarters was introduced to the participants.
The day before, on March 14, a Congress was held in Moscow, where a new leadership team was elected.
"Today, student brigades are the main labor movement of our country. Among you are outstanding young people, ready at any moment and under any circumstances to work for the benefit of the Motherland, contributing to its development. The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs consistently supports the Russian Student Brigades. Together, we strive to unite active and goal-oriented young people who share common values and work towards achieving shared goals," commented Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Yegor Litvinenko.
During the meeting, the organization's work plans were presented by the newly elected heads of the Central Headquarters' divisions. Additionally, in recent days, the Russian Student Brigades have unveiled an updated logo and corporate identity for the organization.
"Russian Student Brigades are a large-scale organization with a rich history, and continuity is crucial for successful development. The new RSO team has set ambitious goals: modernizing the approach to work, implementing digital technologies, improving the structure, and much more. There are plans to focus on regional development — a specialized department is being created for this purpose, and the organization's Board will have a curator to represent the interests and initiatives of new regions. Additionally, the RSO Corporate University is enhancing its activities," noted Yulia Drozhzhina, a member of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection and Chair of the Board of Russian Student Brigades.
In 2025, Russian Student Brigades will provide employment for more than 400,000 school and university students across the country. Various labor projects of different scales will be organized for young people in Russia and abroad. Today, more than 1,000 employers collaborate with student brigades, including PJSC Gazprom, the Russian Railways holding, the Roscosmos State Corporation, the Rosatom State Corporation, PJSC Rosseti, the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, PJSC KAMAZ, the Mriya resort, LLC Agronom Sad, and others.
"Today, the updated composition of the team of the central headquarters for the next three years was presented to the regions. In our work, we will focus on the development of regional branches, improving communication efficiency, and providing infrastructure support to the regions. We will expand our presence across the country and aim for a multiple increase in our achievements," said the head (commander) of the Central Headquarters of Russian Student Brigades, Yaroslav Zubashchenko.
Russian Student Brigades are the largest labor movement of Russian youth. Since 1959, more than 20 million people have gone through the student brigades school. In 2024, more than 400,000 students and schoolchildren from 85 regions of Russia worked within the Russian Student Brigades.
