The best exporters of the country awarded at the National Centre RUSSIA
On 21 October, an official awarding ceremony was held for the winners of the federal stage of the All-Russian Award titled "Exporter of the Year" at the National Centre RUSSIA. Awards were given to leading domestic companies for outstanding achievements in foreign economic activity. The contest was organized by the Russian Export Centre (REC, VEB Group), and the ceremony itself took place within the framework of the "Made in Russia" International Export Forum.
Representatives of federal government bodies and heads of key business associations congratulated the leaders of Russian exports on their high achievements, and personally presented them with the awards. Among them: Denis Manturov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation; Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation; Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Galina Karelova, Chairman of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum at the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Sergei Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and Alexander Kalinin, President of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship "Opora RUSSIA".
The selection of winners of the All-Russian Award in international cooperation and export traditionally took two rounds: first, the best companies were chosen in each of the eight federal districts, and then the strongest country's exporters were picked from them. In total, the prizes were awarded in 20 categories, including 12 main ones (separately for SMEs and large businesses), and 8 additional ones. The contest is held under the national project titled "International Cooperation and Export" with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
"Non-primary non-energy exports are not just a line in a report, they are a fundamental driver of our domestic growth, a powerful strategic resource for the federal budget, and a key engine for achieving the most ambitious national goals set by our President. The task of the Russian Export Centre is to keep on systematically accompanying and supporting companies in the development of new promising foreign niches, where the quality and innovation of Russian products are valued," said Veronika Nikishina, Director General of the Russian Export Centre.
This year, more than 1,500 applications were submitted for the competition. The most active exporters were from the Omsk (117 applications) and Volgograd (104) regions, as well as from the Krasnodar (103), Moscow (81) and Nizhny Novgorod (72) regions.
The results of the Award-2025 demonstrated not only the strengthening of domestic businesses' export positions, but also the effectiveness of the tools applied by the Russian Export Centre: 38% of this year's winners have a "Made in Russia" certificate, and 92% of them actively use the services of "My Export" state digital platform.
