The best international event projects presented at the National Centre RUSSIA
A lecture on international practices was held at the
National Centre RUSSIA as part of the educational programme "Event
Management Workshop". The experts were Head of the Analytics and Forward
Planning Sector at the National Centre RUSSIA, Svetlana Balakhonova, and Head
of the International Communications Sector at the National Centre RUSSIA,
Anastasia Durandina. They shared their experience of holding international
events in Uzbekistan and China, working with foreign partners and delegations,
and spoke about the development of the National Centre’s regional branches.
"Our team at the National Centre RUSSIA is engaged not
so much in organising events as in cultural diplomacy. Through communication,
support for speakers and personal contact, we build long-term relationships and
create a network of people who become part of future projects," Anastasia
Durandina noted.
After the lecture, the participants defended their projects.
The teams presented international event projects aimed at developing cultural
and professional interaction and promoting Russia’s achievements.
"International activity is a constant search for new
formats, work with people and a readiness to adapt to the cultural
specificities of different countries. We create projects that help build
dialogue and create space for cooperation," Svetlana Balakhonova
emphasised.
As part of the visit, the participants also had a guided
tour of the "Journey Across Russia" exposition, where they learned
about the culture, science and nature of the federal districts, as well as the
space’s modern exposition solutions.
