This is the main EXPO-complex venue of the country with a developed infrastructure. The International RUSSIA EXPO will open here in November.

This year VDNH has turned 84 years old. Since its opening the EXPO-complex has become a place for demonstration of all significant achievements of the country in the most diverse fields.

Nowadays, VDNH can be called the largest multifunctional complex. Here, within the territory of 325 hectares, there are exposition pavilions, green areas, and exciting landscape facilities available. There is everything one needs for a varied holiday including cultural, tranquil, family pastime. There are also 49 cultural heritage objects within the area. The architectural ensemble of VDNH is really unique. Among the true symbols there are the "Worker and Kolkhoz woman" statue, the "Friendship of Peoples" fountain, and the Main Entrance Arch.

Meanwhile, VDNH certainly remains the major exposition venue in the country. This is where the International RUSSIA EXPO will take place from November 4, 2023 года till April 12, 2024. The relevant Presidential Decree was issued on March 29. 

The most important achievements of Russian regions in economy, industrial production, agricultural sector, science, culture and other fields will be showcased at RUSSIA EXPO. Subjects of Russian Federation, federal authorities, the biggest companies, public organizations, and representatives of foreign countries are all going to participate at RUSSIA EXPO. Business, educational and cultural activities will be included into the program. VDNH has every required infrastructure for this.

In 2014 the project for the EXPO-complex revival started. For Moscow the exposition venue has become one of the largest in terms of the scope of work for restoration. The total area of the pavilions restored exceeds 55,000 square meters.
