Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants of the II All-Russian Wedding Festival at the National Centre RUSSIA
The II
All-Russian Wedding Festival began on July 8 at the National Centre RUSSIA.
During the official marriage registration ceremony, First Deputy Chief of Staff
of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko
congratulated the couples and read a special message from President Vladimir
Putin.
"The
festival is being held for the second time, but it has already gained wide
popularity and established its own traditions. One of the most touching is the
solemn wedding ceremony. I would like to wish the families who are just beginning
their journey to always cherish sincere feelings — mutual understanding,
respect, trust — as well as the values passed down to us by our ancestors:
reverence for elders, care for children, and the sanctity of motherhood. I
sincerely congratulate you on this holiday — the Day of Family, Love, and
Fidelity! I wholeheartedly wish happiness, health and well-being to the
newlyweds," Vladimir Putin noted in his address to the festival
participants.
The II All-Russian Wedding Festival is held
with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. It will
continue until July 10, with two more days ahead filled with love stories,
family traditions, and heartfelt emotions.
The
festival programme includes official wedding ceremonies, as well as a wide
range of themed events: concert performances by popular artists, creative
workshops by professionals in the wedding industry, gastronomic showcases, and
much more.
Starting tomorrow, July 29, due to renovation work in pavilions No. 3, 4, 7 and at the Western entrance of pavilion No. 7, the access scheme to the National Centre RUSSIA will be temporarily changed.
The Vladivostok branch of the National Centre RUSSIA will serve not just as an exposition venue, but as a vivid reflection of Primorye’s dynamic progress.
On July 28, World Nature Conservation Day is observed across the globe — a reason to look at Russia’s natural wealth with fresh eyes.
