President
of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin addressed the participants of the II
National Congress with international participation National Healthcare 2023,
which opened at the RUSSIA EXPO.
According
to the head of state, our country has achieved notable successes in the
development of healthcare in recent years. For example, in recent years, almost
two thousand paramedic and midwife stations have been created, dozens of modern
children's hospitals and surgical buildings have been opened. More than 14
thousand cars have been purchased for doctors, and hospitals have been equipped
with modern medical equipment.
"You
have gathered in Moscow, at VDNH, where the RUSSIA EXPO is now taking place. The
achievements of all our regions are presented on its grounds. You can find out
what new and useful things have been created in Russian industry and science,
in education, culture and sports, and, of course, in such an important, crucial
sphere for the quality of people's lives as healthcare. Your congress is
dedicated to the development of this system, its present and future", - said
Vladimir Putin.
The head of state pointed out that the congress gathered managers representing all facets of national healthcare: chief physicians, rectors of medical universities, heads of research institutes and other specialists. In total - more than a thousand people from all 89 subjects.
The congress takes place on December 1-2. Its participants discuss topical issues in healthcare, talk about landmark achievements and developments, as well as share experience and seek solutions for the development of the sphere.
One of the tracks of the Open Dialogue is "Investments in Human Capital." The pitch session on this topic brought together over 30 speakers.
One of the key topics for discussion within the initiative became "Investments in Connectivity," which attracted 24% of the essay authors about the future of the world.
The pitch sessions on four tracks took place at the National Centre RUSSIA on April 28, with the participation of authors whose essays were selected by the expert council of the National Centre.
