March 9 marks the 90th anniversary of the birth of Yuri Gagarin, the first pilot-cosmonaut of the USSR, Hero of the Soviet Union. On April 12, 1961 he spent 108 minutes in Earth orbit in the Vostok-1 spacecraft and became a hero for all time. And now truly cosmic activities are waiting for the guests of the Exposition in honor of this significant date.

STAR LOUNGE. SATURDAY MEETING WITH A COSMONAUT 0+

Hero of the Russian Federation, pilot-cosmonaut Alexander Alexandrov will speak at the event. He will share his professional experience and tell fascinating stories about space flights and life in orbit. Visitors to the exposition will be able to talk to the cosmonaut and ask questions.

FLY INTO SPACE

In Pavilion No. 75, at the exposition of the Omsk region you can not only see the model of the Angara A5 rocket, but also climb aboard to go on a real space flight.

An exciting journey into the depths of the universe is also waiting for visitors at the stand of Karachay-Cherkessia. Just put on virtual reality glasses and you will immediately find yourself in the cockpit of a starship and go to explore the space.

And you can make the most cosmic photos at the stand of Kyrgyzstan, which is made in the form of a futuristic spaceship. Inside, there is a command cabin and capsules for virtual tours.

VISIT "GAGARIN'S CAPSULE"

On such a day you should definitely go on a tour to Pavilion No. 34 "Cosmonautics and Aviation" Center. The free exposition "Russian Space: Creating the Future" is available for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO, you will have to enter from the back side of the pavilion.

Space exhibits, interactive simulators, virtual attractions, and most importantly - a spectacular photo zone "Gagarin's Capsule" are waiting for visitors. You can also watch the work of the ISS, attend workshops and even make friends with an alien.
