The second episode of the podcast "Open Dialogue on Air" is available on the website of the National Centre RUSSIA and on major video hosting platforms. The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of Russia, Maxim Oreshkin, and global strategist, bestselling author and cosmopolitan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AlphaGeo, Dr Parag Khanna, discussed globalisation, the role of cities and countries in the modern economy, as well as interaction between states and companies in the context of the new reality.

"If we look at geopolitics through the lens of physics, what matters most is not so much size as 'mass' and 'gravity'. A country may be small in territory but possess strong attraction. Singapore and the UAE are small, but very dense and influential systems. It is precisely such nodes that attract capital, companies and talent <...> Countries with productive and dynamic cities compete for mobile young people around the world. This is a battle for talent that will determine the winners and losers of the 21st century. If your country attracts young people and 'produces' young people, then you are on the right path. Otherwise, strategic weakening awaits you," Parag Khanna said during the podcast.

Dr Parag Khanna shared his personal experience and observations with Maxim Oreshkin and spoke about the importance of integration and cooperation between different regions and peoples. The conversation also touched on the need for effective governance, investment in young people, and the creation of conditions for openness and cooperation between countries and companies in order to achieve sustainable development and prosperity.

The podcast is available to watch in English and Russian.
