"Here you can touch the future": expert from Dubai Ozcan Saritas on the National Centre RUSSIA
An expert of the "Inventing the Future" Symposium, Editor-in-Chief of Foresight magazine and Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai, Ozcan Saritas, shared his impressions of the National Centre RUSSIA.
"I visited the expositions and I really liked them. Here you can not only see the future — you can feel it, touch it, understand it. All five senses are engaged here," said Ozcan Saritas.
The expert described the expositions as magnificent and emphasised their uniqueness. According to him, this is an amazing way to make the future tangible and to allow people to experience it today.
"This is part of our life, and we are inspired by the development of technology. We are talking about digitalisation, artificial intelligence, genomic research, and quantum computing. But all this is not just about technology — it is a way to change our lives and create a new future," added Ozcan Saritas.
The II International Symposium "Inventing the Future" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA on 7–8 October, bringing together more than 7,000 participants from 86 countries. The Symposium was organised on the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, under the auspices of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
The event brought together more than 700 participants from 89 regions of the country.
The tenth awards ceremony of the all-Russian contest "Family of the Year" took place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The exposition showcases the achievements and strategic development plans of seven regions of the Russian Federation.
