Republic of Mordovia
The main decoration of Mordovia's stand will be the Great Tree. It symbolizes the people of the republic, as well as the region's aspiration for constant development. The tree will reveal the cultural, industrial and sports achievements of the republic. It will introduce visitors to the great people of the republic and its tourist routes, show successes in agriculture, medicine and education.
The symbol of our stand is a complex engineering project. It is a 6-meter art object consisting of almost 2000 different elements!
The Great Tree is interactive. Innovative technologies will endow it with fairy tale abilities. Inside the trunk you can take a virtual tour of Mordovia and immerse yourself in the world of the Mordovian people.
Other elements of the stand will also create a feeling of personal presence. For example, in the "magic" mirror you can see your reflection in the traditional costumes of the peoples of the republic. Another interactive zone will allow you to take a ride on the BMX track of the Saransk velodrome, which has no analogues in Europe!
For young visitors there will be an open area "Tonavtkudo" (translated from Erzyan as "teaching house"). Here children will enjoy master classes that will introduce them to the culture and history of the region.
At the holographic station Holobox visitors will "talk" with Yakshamo-Ati (Mordovian Father Christmas) and Ineshkipaz, who will tell stories about the peoples of the republic.
